Some common maintenance issues we take care of frequently are: 

• Yearly furnace or boiler service with monthly or quarterly filter replacement .
• Yearly water softener service with monthly or biweekly salt fill.
• Fall and spring roof and gutter cleaning, (prevents wet leaves from causing ice dams and leaks, helps prevent mold and moss growth) prolonging the life of your roof.
• Power washing to include vinyl siding, decks and anything else, we often coordinate washing the house with the exterminator to increase the effectiveness of spider & pest control treatments.
• Deck treatments: complete stripping and re-finishing, chemical wash, sealer or stain.
• Hot tub maintenance and much more.

 Once your service plan is scheduled we take care of everything. We send an email or a letter to notify you of an upcoming service, to make sure there is no conflict with your schedule than the service is performed. No searching the yellow pages wondering who is going to show up or if they will show up.
